Liaisoning Division

ORIZON’s Liaison Division provide facilitation & Liaison Services to its Clients in Infrastructure Sector and help them in expediting and obtaining Statutory / Non- Statutory Clearances required from Government and or Private Organisaions for the Infrastructure Projects such as:

• Environment Clearance
• Forest Clearance
• Technical Clearance from competent authorities
• Land Acquisition
• State Level Clearances

ORIZON’s Liaison Division having competent professionals manages the requirement of its Clients through strong and informed relationships and serves as bridge between the Client and the approving authorities. Our main emphasis is on communications that share best practices, and is responsible for bringing fieldbased information to the approving authorities. The division:

• Manages essential relationships to expedite the necessary statutory / non-statutory clearances required for commencement of construction of Infrastructure Projects;
• Serves as a bridge between the Client’s requirement and the approving authorities, enabling them to network, and share perspectives and related information with each other;
• Coordinates throughout the process of clearances with the approving authorities and clients to ensure efficient communication.
• Assists and guide our Clients in formulating the requirements / documents required by the approving authorities in prescribed formats as per their requirement and updated Acts and Policies of approving authority
• plans and manages meetings/teleconferences with the Client, Consultants and approving authorities as needed
• Attend the meetings / conferences / presentations held at the offices of Approving authorties on behalf of our clients as needed
• Facilitates and manages the appointment of the Skilled Manpower and professionals as required
• Assists Clients in managing any emerging issues
